Local Government (Amendment) Bill, 1930—First Stage.

General Mulcahy: I beg for leave to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend sub-section (3) of Section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1927.

The purpose of it is to extend the time in respect of new buildings. Remission of rates for five years can be given.

Second Stage ordered for Wednesday, 11th June.
