Mr. Davin (for Tadhg O Murchadha) Mr. Davin (for Tadhg O Murchadha) Mr. Davin (for Tadhg O Murchadha) asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he is now in a position to favourably consider the petition sent him by twenty-five local farmers, praying for the construction of a small pier for the purpose of landing sand at Rossmacowen, Castletownbere, Co. Cork. Minister for Lands and Fisheries (Mr. Lynch) Fionán Lynch Minister for Lands and Fisheries (Mr. Lynch): The consideration of this application and others for the provision of piers and landing facilities has been deferred pending the examination of the Report of the Ports and Harbours Tribunal. When this Report is available and has been examined the application will be considered in the light of any general recommendations of the Committee. In the meantime, I am having a survey and report made in the matter of this application.
