Minister for Finance (Mr. Blythe): As the Finance Bill was only circulated to-day, it is not proposed to take it until Wednesday next. It is proposed now to proceed with the consideration of the Estimates, and at 9 o'clock this evening to take up the Fifth Stage of the Local Government (Dublin) Bill, 1929.
