Mr. S. Jordan asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if the Land Commission will say whether the [1729] judicial tenaney claimed by Henry H. Lewis, Co. Galway, Record No. S. 1990, was a tenancy approved by the Sub-Land Commission Court or by friendly agreement between the parties concerned.

Mr. Roddy: The rent of the holding of Mr. Henry H. Lewis, comprising portion of the lands of Ballygowan, containing 72a. was fixed by a judicial agreement dated 22nd December, 1920, which was filed in the Land Commission on the 5th April, 1921.
