Mr. S. Jordan asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if the Land Commission instituted—or purpose to institute—proceedings under Section 22 (2) of the Land Act, 1923, against John A. Lewis, owner of an estate in County Galway, Record No. S.1990, and his agent, Henry H. Lewis, for having, as it is alleged, furnished false particulars regarding the untenanted land on the estate (Form E).
