Seoirse de Bhulbh asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he [1452] can say whether the Land Commission propose acquiring the untenanted lands of Tipperton, Wheatfield Upper and Lower, and Dangan, the property of the Hon. Kathleen Lawless, Lyons, Co. Kildare, for the enlargement of holdings, etc.

Mr. Roddy: There are no proceedings pending in the Land Commission for the acquisition of the lands of Tipperstown, Wheatfield Upper and Lower and Dangan, and it is not the present intention of the Land Commission to take any proceedings for their acquisition.
