Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state why it was that the old age pension was refused to Andrew Nolan, Ballylusk, Enniscorthy.

General Mulcahy: It was determined on the 8th April, 1930, that this claimant was not entitled to any pension, as it was not clear on the evidence that he fulfilled the statutory qualification as to age.
