Mr. Cassidy asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if any decision has yet been arrived at by the Land Commission in regard to acquiring the Castlewray Estate (near Letterkenny, Co. Donegal), for the purpose of dividing it amongst landless men and uneconomic holders.

Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Lands and Fisheries (Mr. Roddy): No decision has yet been come to by the Land Commission regarding the acquisition of the Castlewray Estate. They have had inquiry made regarding it, and the matter is at present under consideration.
