Mr. Killilea asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will state if it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the farm owned by John O'Connor at Fohenagh (Clonbrock Estate), Co. Galway, for distribution amongst small farmers and landless men in that district.

Mr. Roddy: The acquisition of the holding of John O'Connor at Fohenagh, comprising 630 acres of the townland of Pallas and 207 acres of the townland of Ballydoogan, which is subject to a land purchase annuity, is at present under consideration.
