Mr. Byrne Mr. Byrne Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for Justice whether, in view of his repeated promises to the House to introduce proposals for legislation giving effect to the recommendations of the Town Tenants Commission, he can now inform the House upon what date the Bill will be introduced.
