Mr. M. O'Reilly asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state if it is his intention to acquire for distribution the lands known as Walterstown, near Dunboyne, Co. Meath.

Mr. Roddy Mr. Roddy

Mr. Roddy: The lands of Walterstown referred to appear to be the holding of James Hickey on the Hely-Hutchinson Estate. This holding was retained by the Land Commission on the Appointed Day (23rd August, 1929), and proceedings for its resumption have been instituted.
