[21] Mr. T. Crowley asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will state if the property held by Mr. Hayes on the lands of Farnane, Murroe, Co. Limerick, has been acquired by the Land Commission for division amongst the uneconomic holders and landless people of the district.

Mr. Roddy: The holding of John Hayes (junior) in the townland of Farnane on the estate of M.A. Ryan and another has been retained by the Land Commission and the question of its resumption is under consideration.
