Mr. Matthew O'Reilly asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state what is the present position of the Dyas Estate, Rathcore, County Meath.

Mr. Roddy: Proceedings have been instituted under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923, for the acquisition of the untenanted lands of Rathcore on the Dyas Estate, and they were published in a Provisional List of lands to be vested in the Land Commission on the Appointed [2045] Day. Agreement has not been come to with the owner as to price, and further action is now under consideration.
