Mr. Killilea asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will furnish a copy of the resumption notice served by the Land Commission on W.J. Farren, regarding holding No. 57 on the retained list relating to estate of John A. Lewis, Co. Galway, Record No. S.1990; also copy of the objection lodged by Mr. Farren, and copy of the decision given in the matter.

Mr. Roddy: The holding referred to was published in “Irish Oifigiúil” of 7th February, 1928, as a retained holding. Proceedings for its resumption were instituted by the Land Commission, and by Order dated 28th November, 1929, the Judicial Commissioner authorised its resumption. Copies of the Order may be obtained on application to the Records Branch of the Irish Land Commission on payment of the prescribed fees.
