Mr. Lemass asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he has received the report of the Ports and Harbours Tribunal; and, if so, when copies will be supplied to Deputies.

Mr. McGilligan: I have not yet received this Report but expect to do so in a few weeks.

Mr. Lemass: Will the Minister arrange for the publication of that section of the Report dealing with the port of Dublin prior to the discussion on the Second Reading of the Local Government (Dublin) Bill?

Mr. McGilligan: I could not arrange for that because the Committee has not come to any conclusion on matters that would be effective for, or likely to be relevant to, the discussion upon that particular point. I have asked about them.
