Mr. Mullins asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he has received representations from the Kinsale Urban District Council in the matter of amending the Housing Act, 1929, with a view to enabling their proposals for a reconstruction scheme at the Military Barracks to be considered, and, if so, what action it is proposed to take in reply.
