Mr. Brady asked the Minister for Defence whether an inquiry has been held concerning the recent shooting of Private O'Sullivan at Baldonnel Aerodrome, and, if so, what were the findings?

Mr. Fitzgerald: A court of inquiry has been held, and as a result of the evidence given at that court, Private O'Sullivan may be brought before a courtmartial, and I cannot say anything further on the matter.
