Mr. Coburn asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state the cause of delay in the taking over by the Land Commission of the lands known as the Robson estate, Redbarns, Dundalk,. Co. Louth, and when these lands will be acquired.

Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Lands and Fisheries (Mr. Roddy): The Land Commission have recently made a revised offer for the purchase of 309 acres of the lands of Point, Marshes Lower and Marsh South, otherwise known as Redbarns, now the property of Mr. Richard J.T. Reid.
