[1105] Tomás O Conaill asked the Minister for Defence if he will state what is the present position of the claim to pension of Mr. Michael Flatley, late of Coolnafara, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, and now resident in Denver, U.S.A.

Mr. Blythe: Mr. Flatley's claim is under consideration by the Army Pensions Board. It is hoped that the Board will be in a position to report on the case at an early date.
