Séamus O Riain Séamus O Riain Séamus O Riain asked the Minister for Agriculture whether any part, and if so what part, of the Forestry Act, 1928, has yet been put into force. Mr. Hogan Mr. Hogan Mr. Hogan: For the reason given in my reply to a question by Deputy Corish on 24th ultimo, it has not hitherto been feasible to make an order bringing the Forestry Act into operation. I hope, however, to be in a position to do so in the immediate future. Mr. Corish Mr. Corish Mr. Corish: Has the Minister yet arrived at any agreement with the Minister for Finance in this matter? Mr. Hogan Mr. Hogan Mr. Hogan: Yes; the staff, for the purpose of bringing the Forestry Act into operation, has been agreed upon now between the Minister for Finance and myself.
