Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he has received an application from the Dublin City Commissioners to sanction the raising of a loan of £10,000 for sanitary improvements in Clontarf and elsewhere in Dublin City; if such sanction has been granted and if not, whether sanction will be expedited so that an immediate start may be made on the works entailed and existing unemployment relieved.
