[902] Mr. P. Boland asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether it is the intention of the Government to introduce proposals for legislation to amend the law in relation to claims against local authorities by individuals in respect of compensation for criminal and malicious injury, with a view to a more equitable distribution of awards.
