Mr. Smith asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state when it is intended to vest the tenanted land on the Pratt estate, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, in the tenants.

Mr. Roddy: The prescribed schedules of particulars of the lands in this estate comprising 349 holdings have been lodged under the Land Act, 1923. The Land Commission are at present dealing with the estate and hope it will be possible to publish, at an early date, the provisional list of the lands to be vested, but are not in a position to state when they will be vested in the tenants.
