Mr. Everett Mr. Everett

Mr. Everett asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he is aware that there is a great scarcity of houses in the rural areas, and whether he is prepared to introduce proposals for legislation to enable long term loans, together with subsidies, to be granted to local authorities for the purpose of building additional labourers' cottages in these areas.
