Seosamh O Cinnéide asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will consider the application of the people in Coole, Westmeath, for a telephone service.

Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs (Mr. Heffernan): Arrangements have already been made for the opening of a telephone exchange and call office at Coole. It is anticipated that the facilities will be available by the 6th November.
