Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for Justice whether the Bill embodying the recommendations of the Town Tenants Commission is yet complete, and whether same will be introduced before the Christmas recess; and, if not, whether he can inform the House how far the preparation of the measure has advanced, and upon what date it will be ready for first reading.
