Proinnsias O Fathaigh asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state why the Land Commission, in August, 1924, threatened legal proceedings against the tenants on the estate of John A. Lewis, Co. Galway (Record No. S. 1990), if they did not pay on the rental furnished by the landlord, while the tenants' objection to that rental was awaiting the decision of the Judicial Commissioners.
