Mr. Lemass Mr. Lemass Mr. Lemass asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if it is intended to introduce proposals for legislation to revise constituencies, arising out of the change of population, as shown by the Census of 1926, in accordance with the terms of Article 26 of the Constitution; and, if so, when.
