Mr. Nally asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the cause of the delay in issuing saving certificates to Michael Lyons (James), No. 116159, Carrownedan, Aghamore, Co. Mayo, and Michael Gormally, 39175, Cleraghy, Kiltimagh, in payment of their subscriptions to the Dáil Loan, 1919-20.
