Seosamh O Cinnéide Seosamh O Cinnéide Seosamh O Cinnéide asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state what action, if any, the Irish Land Commission proposes to take with regard to the acquiring of the Logan estate, situated at Cloonagh, Ballinagore, Co. Westmeath. Mr. Lynch Mr. Lynch 1468 [1468] Mr. Lynch: The Land Commission have had inquiries made regarding these lands, and have decided to take no further action regarding their acquisition for the present. Mr. Kennedy Mr. Kennedy Mr. Kennedy: On what grounds have they decided not to take further action? Mr. Lynch Mr. Lynch Mr. Lynch: It is in the discretion of the Commissioners. I do not know exactly on what grounds they made up their minds. Mr. Kennedy Mr. Kennedy Mr. Kennedy: Will the Minister consider the advisability of giving a holiday to the Commissioners in Westmeath?
