Mr. Corkery asked the Minister for Finance whether 30cwt. lorries on which at present an inclusive tax of £30 is paid will, if used occasionally as hackney vehicles, be subject to the new tax on 'buses.

[1458] Mr. Blythe: Thirty-hundred weight lorries on which at present an inclusive tax of £30 is paid will, if used occasionally as hackney vehicles, be subject to the new tax on buses, if, as will presumably be the case, they have a seating capacity for more than six persons.
