Mr. Briscoe asked the Minister for Finance if he will state (a) against how many bookmakers have body warrants been issued arising out of overholding of Betting Duty; (b) the amount of duty due the Revenue Commissioners in each case; and (c) the amount of the fine imposed in each case.
