[1293] Minister for Finance (Mr. Blythe): I move for leave to introduce a Bill entitled “An Act to make provision for the regulation and control of totalisators and for the setting up and working of totalisators by the Revenue Commissioners.” This is a Bill to make permanent the totalisator provisions that are in the Betting Act.
