Proinnsias O Fathaigh asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries what is the cause of the delay in the taking over by the Land Commission of the Ryan Estate, Kilrickle, Co. Galway, and at what date it will be taken over.

Mr. Roddy: The lands referred to, which appear to comprise some ten (Irish) acres of bog at Gorteenawillin, are subject to Land Purchase Annuity. The Land Commission are not prepared to take any action with regard to its acquisition.
