Mr. Fahy (for Mr. Cooney) Mr. Fahy (for Mr. Cooney) Mr. Fahy (for Mr. Cooney) asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if it is a fact that in March or April of 1928, representations were made to him in connection with an application to have baths installed in the houses built by the Dublin Corporation at Donnelly's Orchard, and if he will state what action, if any, he has taken or intends taking in the matter. The matter was referred to the City Commissioners, who received a deputation from the tenant purchasers. The Commissioners indicated the conditions upon which such baths might be provided.
