Mr. Fahy (for Mr. Cooney) asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if it is a fact that in March or April of 1928, representations were made to him in connection with an application to have baths installed in the houses built by the Dublin Corporation at Donnelly's Orchard, and if he will state what action, if any, he has taken or intends taking in the matter.

Mr. Blythe (for Minister for Local Government and Public Health): Representations were made to me in April, 1928, as to the installation of baths in these houses, which have been purchased by the tenants. The matter was referred to the City Commissioners, who received a deputation from the tenant purchasers. The Commissioners indicated the conditions upon which such baths might be provided. It is understood that agreement in the matter between the City Commissioners and the tenants has not been reached.
