Mr. Frank Carty asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether the Land Commission have acquired the Ardcumber ranch, the property of Basil Phibbs, Riverstown, Co. Sligo, and, if so, whether he can state when it will be available for sub-division.

Mr. Roddy: The Land Commission have had the lands of Ardcumber on the Basil Phibbs estate, which are subject to a Land Purchase annuity, inspected and have issued an offer to purchase them.
