Mr. Little asked the Minister for Justice for a return of the number of cases heard in the years 1927 and 1928 in each place appointed for holding a District Court—(1) under summary jurisdiction, and (2) under civil jurisdiction.

Mr. Blythe: I have caused the compilation of the particulars asked for by the Deputy to be undertaken. If, when the work is complete, the Deputy will repeat his question I shall then circulate the particulars in tabular form.

Mr. Little: Might I ask if these particulars will be available before the debate on the Estimates?
