Seosamh O Cinnéide asked the Minister for finance if he is aware that James Gilooly, of Ballygarvea, Rathowen, Co. Westmeath, applied twelve months ago for a revision of his old age pension on the question of means, and has not yet received a decision.

Mr. Fitzgerald: Local inquiries have to be made in this case. If the Deputy will be good enough to put down the question again in, say, a week's time, I hope to be then in a position to reply.
