Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney: I move that leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to make further and better provision for the protection of jurors and witnesses concerned in trials of criminal issues and for that purpose to amend the Juries Act, 1927, and the law relating to the administration of criminal justice and to authorise majority verdicts in criminal cases.

Leave granted. Second Stage fixed for Wednesday, 8th May.
