Mr. Derrig (for Mr. M. O'Reilly) asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will give his reasons for refusing Mr. Jack Malone, of Clondalee, Hill of Down, Co. Meath, a loan to purchase a thoroughbred sire or even to give him a Department stallion in the year 1927.
