Mr. O'Mahony asked the Minister for Justice whether he will state (1) the number of accidents which have been the subject of inquiry by the Gárda Síochána during the past twelve months of omnibuses; and (2) the number of drivers who have been prosecuted and convicted for driving to the danger of the public in similar offences.
