Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Intoxicating Liquor Commission.

Mr. Daly asked the Minister for Justice whether, in view of the fact that the Intoxicating Liquor Commission is to be re-constituted for certain purposes in connection with the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1927, it is intended to include amongst those purposes the question of allowing all licensed premises in rural and urban districts to remain open for a period of two hours, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays.

Minister for Justice (Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney): The answer is in the negative.

Mr. Daly: I am very sorry.
