Parliamentary Secretary to the President (Mr. Duggan): I beg to move:—

“Go ndintar, do réir Bhuan-Ordú a 109, Rogha-Choiste dá ngairmfar ‘An Coiste um Chuntaisí Puiblí’ do cheapa; agus gurb é an Coiste Roghnathóireachta a ainmneoidh baill an Choiste.

Go mbeidh sé de chomhacht ag an gCoiste fios do chur ar dhaoine, ar pháipéirí agus ar bhreacacháin.

That in accordance with Standing Order 109 a Select Committee to be designated ‘The Committee of Public Accounts’ be appointed; and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection.

That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records.”

Ordered accordingly.
