Seosamh O Cinnéide asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will state what steps, if [11] any, are being taken with a view to the taking over and division of the Woulfe Smythe estate, situated at Portleck, Glasson, Westmeath.

Mr. Roddy: The owner has lodged the prescribed schedule of particulars of this estate under the Land Act, 1923, but the estate has not yet been reached in its order of priority to be dealt with by the Land Commission.
