Mr. Good Mr. Good Mr. Good asked the Minister for Justice whether, in wiew of the desire that has been expressed from time to time to have a court for the trial of children's cases in Dublin separate from the ordinary Police Courts, he will endeavour when rearranging the accommodation at the Four Courts and adjoining buildings to have such a court provided for children, which, in addition to being convenient for the magistrates and officials, will ensure that children and their parents will be kept apart from the atmosphere and surroundings of the Police Courts. Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney Mr. Fitzgerald-Kenney: In the plans for the reconstruction of the Four Courts building at Inns Quay provision has been made for a separate court for the transaction of the civil business of the Metropolitan District Court.
