Tomás O Raghallaigh asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will state if it is the intention of the Land Commission to vest the Lansdowne Estate in South Kerry in the near future, and, if possible, if he can give any definite time within which this estate will be vested.

Mr. Roddy: The prescribed schedules, etc., for dealing with this Estate under the Land Act, 1923, have been lodged, but the Land Commission are not yet in a position to state when the Estate may be reached in its order of priority to be dealt with under the Act, but when reached it will be dealt with as expeditiously as possible.
