Mr. Mullins Mr. Mullins Mr. Mullins asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he has received an application from the Cork County Council for sanction to the raising of a loan for the reconstruction of the old workhouse buildings at Kinsale into a suitable hospital, and whether in view of the urgency of the matter he will give the necessary sanction without further delay. As regards the issue of a loan the matter is under consideration in conjunction with the Department of Finance with a view to an advance of the amount from the Local Loans Fund.
