[175] Seán MacEntee asked the Minister for Finance if there is any foundation for the statements which have been made that the British Authorities refused to take back at its face value the British silver and copper coinage in circulation in Saorstát Eireann, and, if so, what is the ground of such refusal, is it still persisted in, and, if not, how has the difficulty been adjusted.
