Mr. WALSH Mr. WALSH Mr. WALSH asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether he will state what steps the Land Commission propose to take to give economic holdings to the following small farmers:— Michael Brennan, Michael Swift, John Hynes, John Mulloy, and Thomas Naughton, all of the Sebastion Nolan Estate, Kilmaine, Co. Mayo. Mr. RODDY Mr. RODDY Mr. RODDY: The persons referred to appear to be tenants on the Estate of the Most Rev. John Healy, D.D., v. Attorney-General, Co. Roscommon, which is the subject of proceedings for sale under the Land Act of 1923. The question of the acquisition of lands for the purpose of enlarging holdings on this estate will be considered when the Land Commission are dealing with the estate in due course.
