ORDER OF BUSINESS.

The PRESIDENT: I understand that Private Members' time is being taken at 12 o'clock to-day. That was the understanding arrived at recently.

AN CEANN COMHAIRLE: That is to say that public business will continue all day to-day. Deputy Ryan's motion, which is the first motion in Private Members' time on the Order Paper, will be taken as the first opposed business on Wednesday next, and is to be concluded that day.

The PRESIDENT: Assuming that the financial business is concluded to-day?

AN CEANN COMHAIRLE: That is, if the Appropriation Bill passes through all its stages to-day?

The PRESIDENT: Yes.
